SMOKED CHICKEN KAISER
From Austria we have brought you the traditional Kaiser roll. Filled with our in-Haus smoked Cheshire chicken breast, prosciutto, sunblushed tomato, gouda, baby gem, lemon + parsley mayo. Kaiser (meaning emperor) takes its name from Kaiser Franz Joseph I. Try one of our delicious royal rolls inspired by Austrian history on your next visit.
FRENCH ONION SOUP
A French classic with an alpine twist; slow cooked bier onion soup with in-Haus on the day baked sourdough swiss gruyére croute. A delicious way to begin any feast and the best way to stay toasty this winter.
16OZ RIBEYE STEAK ON THE BONE, CAFÉ DE PARIS BUTTER.
A show-stopper reinvented classic. 30 day dry aged on the bone rib eye resulting in a more flavourful and tender steak. Covered in Schloss’ own take on the Swiss-born Café de Paris butter. Served with hand cut chips and a choice of béarnaise, peppercorn, or mushroom & Madeira sauces. Devour at will.
SPICED AUBERGINE KEBAB
We couldn’t get enough of the kebabs while wandering the streets of Kreuzberg, Berlin. So, we spruced up our very own kebab Haus by tweaking some classics and adding the all new vegan spiced aubergine kebab with baba ghanoush & crispy chickpeas. Served on charred Haus flatbread with pomegranate, pickled red cabbage & chilli, bier chilli sauce, lemon aioli and fresh herb.
GINGERBREAD CARAMEL & NOUGAT CHEESECAKE
An utterly indulgent nougat cheesecake with candied pistachios, gingerbread caramel sauce, dark chocolate and Biscoff ice cream. It has all the festive flavours you could wish for this winter. Finish your meal on a high.
