YOUR WEEKEND LOVE-IN

WHAT’S LOVE GOTTA DO WITH IT.

The only way to any decent folk’s heart is through their stomach. The first challenge is how to get there. As we all know, to achieve this you essentially have two basic options available..

1) Surgical incision.

2) Putting food or booze in the mouth of said person.

In our experience, the latter, is a way better and less invasive approach and far more indicative of good times.

AMUSE YOUR BOUCHES

As always at Albert’s Schloss, we’ve got your taste-buds covered with our limited edition Cook Haus and cocktail specials; available for one day only.

There’s no better excuse than Valentines Day to tenderly share beautiful food and booze with the object of your desire.

MADE TO SHARE

Join us in das Cook Haus on Monday 14th from 12pm and indulge in our sharing pan-roasted Chateaubriand, served with roast shallot, portobello mushroom, slow-cooked tomatoes, chunky triple-cooked chips and sauce au poivre.

Finish off with our uber indulgent Banoffee Profiteroles filled with banana icecream and lashings of salted caramel sauce to sweeten things up.

These sharing options are made for a next level Cook Haus love-in of indecent proportions.

LOVE-LY TIPPLES

Indulge in our romantic tipples with your loved one this Valentine’s Day; our master-mixologists have created two unique cocktails for the occasion. Choose from Chocolate Raspberry Martini with Bouvery Chocolate, Chambord, Absolut Vanilia and cream or Albert’s Tart; Takamaka with haus Raspberry Schnapps and Absolut Vanilia.
