Whether it’s your mum, step-mum or that someone special, treat them to a truly decadent Albert’s Schloss Sunday roast this Mother’s Day.
Albert’s Schloss is the perfect Palace to treat the mother figures in your life like the royalty they are. Our royal knees up will be an all day affair, starting from 9am with das most moreish breakfast dishes. Whether you prefer sweet or savoury, we have something for everyone, from Turkish eggs to pancakes. If you like your brunch on the lively side, our DJ Angel of the Morning will be joining us for the Rise + Shine request line from 10am. No breakfast is complete without music and you get to pick the perfect playlist for your poached eggs + pastries! It’s the toast of the town.

The fun-filled frölichs for the Queens in your life, don’t stop there. Our Haus Choir and wunderbar DJ’s will be in Haus with soul saving sets throughout the day to soothe your soul and gently rock you whilst you roast. As well as our klassic Haus Roasts, we also have specials fit for royalty. Try our mouth-watering Roast Salmon, served with spring vegetables, a lemon & tarragon veloute, as well as our alluring Lemon Meringue Pie.

Cheers to mum with Ferghettina Franciacorta Rosé
For the momentous occasion we have also teamed up with Ferghettina Franciacorta Rosé. Originating from the gentle hills of Franciacorta, in the foothills of the Alps, Ferghettina Rosé is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and uses the same ‘traditional method’ of bottle fermentation as Champagne. This soft and rounded sparkling wine has berry and bready notes, it’s delicate, elegant and the perfect tipple for the mother figures in our lives.
We love it so much that we will be offering every Mother a glass on the Haus this Mother’s Day!
