BIER PALACE

TRINKEN // VERB / DEF. ‘TO DRINK’

Albert’s Schloss showcases the very best of European biers including Paulaner Munich, Pilsner Urquell, and Erdinger Weissbrau.

In the run up to Oktoberfest, kicking off on Saturday 16th September, we will be showcasing six of our favourite biers, from Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and beyond.

Hear from our team of bier enthusiasts, trained tapsters, bar managers + the brewers themselves as we delve into the wunderbar world of bier.

HOFBRAU; BREWED IN MUNICH

Kicking us off, new to the Schloss bier liste, and relatively new to the UK, launching only 6 weeks ago, we have Hoffbrau Lager from Germany. At 3.3% this lager makes a perfect session bier and is available for just five pounds during our Apres-Work offering hours of 4-7pm every Monday – Friday. Hofbrau session lager will be pouring from Tuesday 1st August in Manchester, Birmingham + Liverpool.

Fantastically light-bodied, crisp + refreshing. The perfect thirst quencher.

Originally founded by the Duke of Bavaria in 1589 and one of Munich’s oldest breweries and now one of Munich’s oldest bier halles; no trip to Munich would be complete without a trip to the Hofbrauhaus. Hofbrau lager is a crisp, refreshing, unfiltered version of a Bavarian classic.

Prost!
