Booking Policy

Table Policy

Bookings are now essential to visit us. In line with Government guidance, only groups from the same household or bubble are able to share a table; you may be asked for proof of this upon arrival.
All food bookings for up to six guests have a two hour table time, food bookings for seven or more guests have a two and a half hour table time, all drinks bookings have a two hour table time.
Card details are required for every booking, if your booking is a no-show you will be charged £10 per person, if you need to amend a booking or are running late, please call us on 0161 833 4040 (between 10am-5pm) with at least two hours notice or you will also incur a £10 charge.

Dogs

Small dogs are allowed until 7pm. They are not allowed in the restaurant area. Please ensure you leave a note on your booking  to let us know you are bringing a dog.

Age Policy

Under 18s are welcome to dine with us but must vacate the venue by 8pm Sunday-Thursday and by 6pm on Saturday & Sunday

Dress Code

Albert requests that guests dress appropriately for our regal namesake; no trainers, sportswear, or overly casual attire. Please note that we do not accept balloons, sashes/veils, fancy dress, table decorations etc.

21 Weekend / Challenge 25

On Friday & Saturday after 6pm we operate an over 21-year-old policy

Therefore, if you are fortunate enough to look 25 or under, proof of age may be requested

Our approved forms of ID are valid Driving Licence, valid Passport, Military ID, any other form of ID with the PASS hologram on it.

Groups

In compliance with government guidelines all table bookings must be made for your household or bubble, you may be asked for proof of this on arrival. No large single sex groups will be allowed into the venue, this includes hen and stag parties

If we deem a member of your group to be intoxicated we will refuse entry. If you or members of your party do not comply with social distancing measures you will also be asked to leave.

As a licensed venue, we reserve the right to refuse entry based on any of the above reasons. Decisions on entry are made at the door at the time of arrival.

How long do I get on my table?
We allocate your table for specific times according to your table size, please refer to your email confirmation for the return time of your table

 

Do you have an allergen guide?
An allergen guide can be provided upon request

 

Are children allowed in the restaurant?
Children are welcome to dine but must vacate by 8pm

 

Are under 21’s allowed on a weekend?
We operate an over 21’s policy from 6pm on a Friday and Saturday.

 

Can I order bakery items to take away?
Our bakery items are made fresh daily and ready to purchase from 8am until they run out. If you would like to pre-order any bread, cronuts or kruffins to take away please give us a call. All pre-orders will require payment upfront to confirm the order.

 

Do you check for ID on arrival?
We check for ID on arrival if you look under 23 years of age. We have a strict no-ID, no-entry policy so please make sure you bring ID with you.

Am I allowed to bring my dog?

Can I book a table just for drinks?
Yes, our drink booths are available for groups of 6 or more and based on a minimum spend. Please contact our events team for further info.

 

Is there a guestlist?
We only operate a guest list for those with drinks booth reservations.

 

Do you do gift cards?
Yes, you can buy a digital giftcard online via our web shop.

 

Do you have a happy hour?
Yes, our apres hour is from 4pm-7pm Monday-Friday where we have £5 cocktails & £20 bottles of prosecco
