BRIOCHE FRENCH TOAST
Baked fresh every morning. Choose from banana, maple syrup, maple ice cream, candied pecans or strawberries, forest berries, whipped vanilla ricotta, wild flower honey. Demands a Prosecco push.
Classic bruncheon. Smoked Scottish salmon, poached eggs, spinach, hollandaise, lemon, capers, dill, toasted muffin.
OMELETTE ARNOLD BENNETT
A famous brunching classic, created – so the story goes – for the novelist Arnold Bennett, who wrote an entire novel, Imperial Palace, while staying at the Savoy hotel. While his work was in progress, the chefs perfected the omelette to such a degree that he demanded that it be made for him wherever he travelled anywhere in the world and hence its name. Enjoy a fluffy open-faced omelette made with smoked haddock finished with a sprinkling of Tarragon. An elegant yet filling brunch dish.
CRAYFISH EGGS BENEDICT
Turn Eggs Benedict into a gourmet treat, for those who want something sophisticated but different try our Crayfish Eggs Benedict and for those booze hounds out there pair with a glass of fizz. A morning mimosa should do the trick. Perfect weekend grub.
